alveTod is a pouffe designed by Nilüfer Kozikoğlu that arrives as a curious and playful household object, an invitation to smile. Its animated character comes from the contrast between its concrete composite and aluminium frame and the soft leather blob cushions that rest on top, a meeting of the industrial and the organic that feels both unexpected and immediately inviting. Pieces can be clustered together in modern home settings, creating a visual composition that shifts with every arrangement.

alveTod is available with various numbers of blobs and can be upholstered in leather, faux fur, or fabric, in aluminium, brown, and grey. At 53x45x38cm and 12kg, it is compact enough to move and rearrange freely, yet substantial enough to anchor a space. The blob forms share a formal kinship with Kozikoğlu's alve design objects, the same cellular, organic logic translated from wall and shelf to the floor.

alveTod was designed for the 2021 Adorno collection Craft and Symbol, curated by Gökhan Karakuş. The collection brought together twelve designers working in collaboration with Turkish craftspeople, exploring the latent symbolic force that emerges when handcraft, gesture, and material come together. alveTod is sold exclusively on Adorno.
